Geriatric Emergency Management (GEM) Nurses - assess older adults in the Emergency Department for mental health or cognitive challenges and can arrange for services in the community
Managing Aging Using Volunteer Engagement (MAUVE) Program - specially trained volunteers work with care team to provide older adult patients in the Emergency Department with companionship and functional support
Pathway to Peers Program - supports youth and young adult patients 16-29 years in the Emergency Department for mental health and/or addiction needs with service navigation and peer support
